Yes! We provide a 14-day free trial for all paid tiers (Team and Business). During the trial, you'll have access to Business tier features. The Free plan is available immediately with no credit card required. No credit card required to start the trial.

No. No tier provides free phone numbers. Users must purchase phone numbers and load wallet/credits to make/receive calls or send SMS. This keeps our pricing transparent and allows you to choose exactly what you need.

Calls, SMS, and MMS are billed per use. You can purchase usage credits to cover overages. Credits are available at competitive rates and can be purchased as needed. We'll send you notifications as you approach your limits.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. You can also start with the Free plan and upgrade when you're ready. During the 14-day trial, plan switching is locked until you purchase a plan or the trial ends.

Annual upfront payment receives 20% off the corresponding monthly price. For example, Team is $15/user/month, or $12/user/month when billed annually ($144/user/year). This is equivalent to getting 2.4 months free.

No setup fees for Free, Team, and Business plans. Enterprise plans may have setup fees depending on customization requirements, which will be discussed during the sales process.

Phone numbers are available in multiple regions. You can purchase numbers based on your needs. KYC verification may be required for certain countries and phone number types (this will be implemented in our application).

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and ACH transfers. Enterprise plans can also use wire transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

No long-term contracts required for Free, Team, and Business plans. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans may have custom terms based on your specific requirements and typically include 12-month minimum commitments.

The Free plan includes 1 seat, core voice calling, two-way SMS, softphone/mobile app, basic integrations, limited call history, basic routing, and onboarding support. Perfect for trying out our platform. Note: phone numbers must be purchased separately.

The 14-day free trial is per account owner (not per organization). During the trial, your organization will have access to Business tier features. You cannot change plans during the trial. After the trial, you must purchase a plan (Team or Business) or shift to the Free tier. If you create a new organization, it will not have a free trial.

Team ($15/user/month) is for small teams up to 24 users with AI features, basic analytics, and API access. Business ($20/user/month) is for growing companies with 25+ users and includes advanced analytics, unlimited recording storage, enhanced AI workflows, multi-level routing, and a dedicated account manager. Both require purchasing phone numbers separately.
